Greek Yogurt Parfait

Instructions

  1. 1

In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of honey until smooth and well combined.

  2. 2

Take two clear glass jars or parfait glasses for beautiful presentation.

  3. 3

Start layering: Add a generous spoonful of the vanilla-honey yogurt mixture to the bottom of each glass (about 1/4 of the total yogurt).

  4. 4

Add a layer of mixed berries (strawberries and blueberries) and banana slices over the yogurt.

  5. 5

Sprinkle a layer of granola over the fruit, using about 1/4 of the total granola per glass.

  6. 6

Repeat the layers: Add another layer of yogurt, then fruit, then granola.

  7. 7

Finish with a final dollop of yogurt on top.

  8. 8

Drizzle the remaining honey over the top of each parfait.

  9. 9

Garnish with sliced almonds and a few fresh berries.

  10. 10

Serve immediately for the crunchiest granola, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours if preparing ahead. If making ahead, add granola just before serving to maintain crunch.

Chef's Note

"Layer this parfait in clear glasses to showcase the beautiful colors, and don't skip toasting the almonds for extra crunch. It's my go-to when I want something that feels indulgent but keeps me energized all morning."
