Whipped Feta Dip

Break the feta cheese into chunks and place in a food processor along with the softened cream cheese

Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, and honey to the food processor

Begin processing while slowly drizzling in the olive oil through the feed tube

Continue processing for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and fluffy, scraping down the sides as needed

Season with freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Transfer to a serving bowl and create a swirl pattern on top with the back of a spoon

Drizzle with a little extra olive oil, sprinkle with chopped fresh dill and red pepper flakes

Serve immediately with warm pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables for dipping...
